AQUALERT WATER DETECTION SYSTEM

Built-in software automatically detects the presence of water in the cookpot and

prevents fryer from being used. See Aqualert in the Troubleshooting section for a

complete explanation.

SOLID STATE CONTROLS

The controls take the guesswork out of frying, because programmable channels

store cooking times and temperatures for popular menu items. Just push a button

and walk away. Collectramatic fryers offer a variety of heat curves, so you can

control the desired texture of the product. The surface mount controller removes
